By accessing trustoura.com or engaging Trustoura for services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our sites or services.

2. Services

Trustoura provides consulting and managed operations related to online review programs, reputation planning, and related analytics. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in an order form or statement of work.

3. Client responsibilities

You provide accurate profile URLs, throughput data, brand guidelines, and legal constraints. You remain responsible for product quality and authentic customer experiences.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not ask Trustoura to post, incentivize, or conceal fraudulent reviews or to violate marketplace terms. We may terminate engagements where instructions conflict with law or platform rules.

5. Intellectual property

Deliverables are licensed as stated in your agreement. Trustoura retains rights to templates and methodologies not expressly assigned.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trustoura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
